Extraordinarily good service

I had ordered running shoes and was looking forward to the delivery. I was contacted by phone and told that the shoes I had ordered were unfortunately sold out, even though the website showed the item as in stock. They apologised a lot, and as compensation I was upgraded to a more expensive and better shoe without paying more. Thank you so much for top service :-)

It took about 1 day after the parcel was sent, then it arrived in a parcel locker.

The only thing was that the parcel locker was inside a shop that closed at 20:00. A bit hopeless, but that's probably not their fault
